(With all due apoliogies and credit to Weird Al)

Ok, I've decided to start offering prints, and eventually originals, via Ebay.

I could really use some advice on how to succussfully promote myself within such a large beast though. Any of the other artists here who do regular ebay sales have any ideas or advice?

I haven't auctioned prints in a long time so I'm not sure. Sometimes it helps to stick them in a category like fantasy or pagan rather than in the art or print section. Maybe list different ones every week because people will be tired of seeing the same ones.

Easier to sell originals on there than prints, those prices are a different matter.

OH - didnt know that - just had some views and was so surprised about the low prices about originals - but those paintings were not so good, maybe thats the reason

There's so many artists on ebay it takes a while to gather enough fans. And a lot of people start auctions at .01 so that doesn't help.
